Growing up 4th of July was one of my favorite holidays! It was always a huge celebration with my family. My Grandfather’s birthday was on the 4th so we always got together to celebrate with him, he used to tell us the fireworks were for his birthday! lol
I made this organic DIY Balloon Flag with some leftover balloons I had from a graduation party. Check out this tutorial to make this for your next 4th of July bbq! Tisha’s Tip: Did you know if latex balloons last for weeks indoors? Repurpose your balloons if you have more than one event within 2 weeks!
I used the Boho Flag Fabric I dyed for Memorial Day as the table cloth. It added a festive feel and some texture!
I placed a wire basket upside down to use as a stand for my Patriotic Hot Dogs on a Stick.
These little snack size bags of chips were so easy to style and looked adorable on the table! Simply cut the top off the bag and fold it over. Press the bottom corners of the bag inside to allow the bag to stand up on its own and to appear fuller.
I added these vintage cola’s to my ice bucket and dressed them up with frozen water balloons! Simply fill 5″ balloons with water and freeze them. They add such a nice detail to the ice bucket all while keeping your drinks ice cold!
The plates, napkins (bandanas), and cutlery are all from Target! I got the straws awhile ago from the dollar store. Tisha’s Tip: I love layering different patterns and textures to create an interesting and pretty table setting! This is so easy to achieve and looks professionally styled!
Add a few flags in a vintage vase for another little added detail! You could add floral in with the flags too, that would be stunning.
I use crates in almost every one of my set ups. They are so versatile, I use them to create levels, as stands for drink dispensers, or as a display like I did with these flags! Endless options!!!
