Materials:
- Scrap tulle and/or metallic fabric
- Yarn
Cut yarn long enough to fit around your child’ waist, and add two feet. This will give you enough length to tie them to secure the skirt.
Do this three times and braid the yarn, knot each end.
Cut tulle twice as long as you want the skirt to be, fold in half, place loop behind yarn belt and pull the tulle ends through the loop to create a knot.
Once you get to the center back, do this same technique with three pieces of tulle together, once you have them secured. Braid them and secure with a mini hair rubber band.
TISHA’s Tip- I like to cover the rubber band by tying a bow with tulle.
