Materials; Balloons Blue painters tape Silk flowers Blow up balloons to be the size of grapefruits Simply stuff floral and greenery between balloons to hide tape Tape tails to wall with blue painters tape in desired shape, I did a two for Della’s 2nd birthday.

Materials: Paper grocery bags Newspaper School glue Water Tape Crumple up the bags into three different sized balls.
