Materials:
- 1 pack of multi-colored balloons
- Glitter cardstock
- Cutting machine
- Fishing line
- Gold wreath hoop
This is an incredibly easy project to make! If you don’t have a cutting machine, you can always hang a pre-made sign in the center and hand cut your own.
Blow up the balloons to the size of lemons and grapefruits.
Knot one balloon, when you are ready to knot the second balloon, incorporated the first balloon’s tail into the knot. Attaching all the balloons into pairs makes this go very quick.
Once you have all your pairs together you are going to put the balloons under the ring, with the knot centered on the hoop. twist the two balloon’s together, this will secure them to the hoop. Continue to do this with your balloon pairs, twisting some pairs together as you go.
Hang the cut out glitter cardstock with fishing line to the center, and you’re done!
