Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • Left over shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp Diced red onion 
  • 1 tbsp Diced celery
  • 2 stalks of celery cut into boats- 3-4 per stalk
  • 1/4 c of your favorite hot sauce –  I used franks red hot
  • 1 1/2 tsp Avocado oil mayo
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Green onion (garnish)

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into celery boats or spoon into a small bowl with tortilla chips on the side.

Garnish with green onions and add few drops of hot sauce on top
