Ingredients:
- Left over shredded chicken
- 1 tbsp Diced red onion
- 1 tbsp Diced celery
- 2 stalks of celery cut into boats- 3-4 per stalk
- 1/4 c of your favorite hot sauce – I used franks red hot
- 1 1/2 tsp Avocado oil mayo
- Sprinkle of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Green onion (garnish)
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into celery boats or spoon into a small bowl with tortilla chips on the side.
Garnish with green onions and add few drops of hot sauce on top
